Your home's needs change with the seasons. Below are some additional services that we can provide to our clients during the spring.
Lawn Fertilization
This program has been approved for nutrient management by the Virginia Dept of Conservation and Recreation, Division of Soil and Water Conservation and is specifically designed to help protect our waterways and the Chesapeake Bay.
Fertilization and weed/pest control includes 6 applications throughout the year:
1. Pelletized Lime (soil pH test)
2. Granular fertilizer w/ Dimension crabgrass control. Spot weed control.
3. Granular fertilizer. Spot weed control.
4. Monitoring for insects, weeds & disease control applied as needed.
5. Organic-based granular fertilizer, spot weed control.
6. Organic-based granular fertilizer w/ Gallery pre-emergent weed control, spot weed control.
Lawn Over-seeding
Aeration and over-seeding of lawn. Optimum effectiveness until April 30.
