    A Full Service Agreement offers a great value for the maintenance your home needs and the services you want:

    Monthly fee: $29.95
    Initial Service Fee: $69.95

    All services are performed on a cost-plus basis. Work is billed at the established labor rates, currently $55/hr for skilled labor, plus the actual cost of any materials, plus 10%. Subcontractor costs are billed at cost plus 10%.

    Time is billed in 15 minute increments, with NO MINIMUMS!

    We give Free Estimates for all work, plus all the background information you need to make an informed decision.

    You'll recieve a detailed quarterly Statement (or more frequently for higher balances) showing what work has been done and the actual cost.
